Shipping Policy

Check your order status:

Go to the Order History section under your account. For each order you can see the order status as well as the tracking information, if available.

Tracking:

An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. If you do not receive this email or have misplaced it, you can also track your package from your Order Tracking page.

Tracking numbers may not be trackable until later in the evening when packages reach the shipping center. In rare cases it may take up to 48 hours for the package to be trackable.

Free Shipping on all U.S. Orders-

Free Shipping on all U.S. Orders $30 and over (including sale and closeout items) qualify for free express shipping.

All orders use premium express delivery service based on recommendations from our freight forwarder.

We dispatch within 24 working hours (pre-sale items excluded) unless in the case of a force majeure. Normally, the item will ship from a warehouse near to your location, but it will ship from another warehouse to avoid delays in the case of out-of-stock conditions.

Available shipping methods and shipping costs are calculated based upon the order weight, package dimensions and destination. You can get the shipping cost during checkout, but you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.

UPS Worldwide shipping methods offer door to door tracking and packages normally arrive within about 3-5 business days after shipment. Keep in mind that your local customs office may want to inspect your package first, which may delay it getting to your door.

Shipping time varies according to different countries and regions.

Generally speaking, it would take 2 - 10 days.

Customs Fees-

Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
  • We have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

Address Changes-

Unfortunately, once your order is processed and shipped in our system, even if the carrier has not picked up the package yet, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address or cancel the order. No exceptions.

If your order is shipping via UPS, address changes, delivery day changes and other options are available through UPS My Choice, a fee based service.

Shipping to Multiple Locations-

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
